黃梅時節家家雨
自春末夏初始,多有持續天陰有雨的氣候現象,恰是梅子的成熟期,故稱其為“梅雨”,此時段便稱作梅雨季節。
“雨打黃梅頭,四十五日無日頭”,持續連綿的陰雨、溫高濕大是梅雨的主要特徵。梅雨季裡衣物等容易發霉,所以也有人把梅雨稱作同音的“黴雨”。
梅雨季節對茶葉儲藏的影響
茶葉本為植物之葉,天生喜水。當梅雨季節空氣中濕度較大時,茶葉如保管不善,就會吸水受潮,結果是:輕者失香難飲,重者霉變有毒。無論是哪種情況,結果皆不可複原,並非茶葉受潮過後,退退倉味走走水汽就會好的。
如何鑑別茶葉是否受潮?
手指捏住一小撮茶葉,如果茶葉變成碎末狀則表明受潮較輕;
茶葉變碎並變成塊狀或條狀,表明茶葉基本受了潮;
茶葉沒成碎末,而是維持原形或者變動不大,則表明茶葉已經完全受潮。
梅雨季茶葉防潮的正確方式
儲藏環境
存茶的地點最好不要選在地下室,且與牆面及地面保持一定的距離。若茶量大須設茶倉時,茶倉的窗戶選擇向北或東為宜。
溫濕度
1、“溫濕度計”是最好的法寶。一般存茶濕度要求控制在55%-65%以內,若濕度超過65%,可用抽濕機或能除濕的空調除濕。
2、避免高溫和陽光直照導致茶葉變質,梅雨季雖已多雨為主,但畢竟是夏季,溫度較高,儲藏時氣溫不可高過32℃。
存茶方式
數量較少
選用瓷缸存放或用乾淨無異味的封口袋密封,內放置用麻布袋或無紡布袋裝好的干淨木炭或竹炭(超市有售成袋的竹炭包),每月拿到室外暴晒2- 3次,可循環利用,環保又安全。
數量較多
若是一兩筒、兩三提的茶葉存量,生熟分開,再裝入紙箱密封存放,食品專用紙箱為佳;有筍殼或紙質品原包裝的,不必拆掉,原封不動保存。
選擇一個固定放置的地方,建議盡量往高處放置,放於乾燥、無異味、無陽光直射的櫃子里或是架子上,與牆面及地面距離至少10-20cm。紙箱內也可合理使用無毒無味乾燥劑。
小貼士:使用空調和抽濕機時,抽濕過程中會釋放熱量,使用時的處理也必須十分注意喔!
